What’s Your Name?
My name is Issam Akel(Sam), I’m 42 years old Jordanian National with Palestinian Origins born in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Where did you grow up?
In Dubai, the United Arab Emirates an area called Garhood.
What were your best/worst subjects in school?
I liked physics, math, biology but disliked chemistry.
What was your favourite game?
Growing up loved arcade games & Nintendo.
What do you like doing in your spare time?
As a kid most of my free time I used to practice soccer as I wanted to be a goalkeeper then an attacker.
What is your favourite movie?
The Rock, Inception, Interstellar, The Judge, The Dark Knight.
Who is your celebrity crush?
Kate Beckinsale.
What’s your favourite holiday?
Walking in the streets of Barcelona or New York.
What celebrity would you rate as a perfect 10?
Thats just it, I believe with social media people are comparing themselves with celebrities & hence become obsessed, copying them or feeling they’re not good enough.
What’s your favourite place to eat?
American Restaurants.
What is your biggest/weirdest fear?
Ageing, snakes!
What is the dumbest way you’ve been injured?
When I was 12 or 13, we were running in school to watch 2 teams playing soccer against each other and for some reason we had to jump over a gate to reach the pitch. Should’ve been a straightforward thing, but once I went up I lost balance and nearly fell. So basically I am hanging upside down with my pants or shoes stuck. Friends were busy laughing so no one offered to help I had to force myself to fall down, my leg hit a rock ended up in the hospital getting 5 stitches.
Do you sing in the shower?
Sometimes.

Mohamed Ali, Nelson Mandela
Do you speak any other languages?
Only English & Arabic but wanted to learn Spanish but never did.
Where would you like to visit?
Mexico, Colombia & The Moon.
If you weren’t famous, what would you be up to right now?
I’m not famous nor I aspire to it, would like to be recognized for the work and inspiration I might have on people.
What is one message you would give to your fans?
Live your life.
