Why do you love workouts and Gym sessions?

As an actor, fitness and workout are my passion; so I love staying focus on my objectives on daily basis — excepts SUNDAYS:)

Issam Akel — I feel good when my body is getting stronger, day after day so this pushes me to keep moving on…

Why do you decide to work out?

Issam Akel — Because this makes me happy and opens a new door to healthy lifestyle.

Issam Akel — The gym isn’t a place that most people enjoy spending hours in but if you want to stay in shape you have to go to the gym…!
